Privacy & Cookies
Last updated: June 2026
This website is operated by Tim Sutton, an independent reputational and communications adviser based in London, England ("I", "me"). I take your privacy seriously and keep the data I hold to a minimum.
Who is responsible for your data
I am the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach me at tim@timsuttonpr.com.
The personal data I collect
- When you contact me. The website has no contact form; the contact buttons open your own email app. If you email me, I receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell me. I use this only to respond and to take any steps you ask me to take. Lawful basis: my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and taking steps at your request before any engagement.
- Scorecards. The scorecards are hosted by a third party, ScoreApp. If you complete one, the details you enter are collected through ScoreApp's platform and shared with me so I can follow up. ScoreApp processes that data on my behalf; see ScoreApp's own privacy notice for how their platform works.
- Website hosting. This site is hosted on the Lovable platform and served via Cloudflare. As with most websites, the hosting providers may process limited technical information (such as your IP address) to deliver the site securely and prevent abuse.
Cookies and analytics
This site is hosted on the Lovable platform. Lovable may load analytics and session-replay tools (including Flock analytics and rrweb) to help operate and improve the service. Where active, these tools process technical information about your visit and may store or read cookies or similar data on your device. We are disabling these tools in the Lovable project settings so that only strictly necessary cookies remain.
One essential cookie set by Cloudflare ("__cf_bm") is used for security and bot protection. It is strictly necessary to deliver the site safely. The site does not use advertising or marketing cookies.
Sharing
I do not sell your data. I share it only with the service providers that help me run the site and respond to you (currently ScoreApp and the hosting providers named above), and where the law requires.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with your matter and to meet my legal and business-record obligations, then delete them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your personal data, and to ask me to restrict it. To exercise any of these, email tim@timsuttonpr.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, helpline 0303 123 1113), though I would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Changes
I may update this notice from time to time. The date above shows when it last changed.
