Privacy & Cookies

Last updated: 11 July 2026

This website is operated by Tim Sutton, an independent reputational and communications adviser based in London, England ("I", "me"). I take your privacy seriously and keep the data I hold to a minimum.

Who is responsible for your data

I am the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach me at tim@timsuttonpr.com.

The personal data I collect

Cookies and analytics

I use Plausible Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used (for example, which pages are read and roughly where in the world visitors come from). Plausible is a privacy-friendly analytics service: it does not use cookies, does not store personal data and does not track you across other websites. Your IP address is used briefly to distinguish repeat visits on the same day and is never stored. The statistics I see are anonymous and aggregated. You can read more in Plausible's data policy.

This site is hosted on the Lovable platform. Lovable analytics and session-replay tools (Flock analytics and rrweb) have been switched off in the project settings, so no visitor analytics or session recordings are collected through Lovable. Only the strictly necessary Cloudflare security cookie remains.

One essential cookie set by Cloudflare ("__cf_bm") is used for security and bot protection. It is strictly necessary to deliver the site safely. The site does not use advertising or marketing cookies.

Sharing

I do not sell your data. I share it only with the service providers that help me run the site and respond to you (currently Plausible, which does not retain personal data, and the hosting providers named above), and where the law requires.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with your matter and to meet my legal and business-record obligations, then delete them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your personal data, and to ask me to restrict it. To exercise any of these, email tim@timsuttonpr.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, helpline 0303 123 1113), though I would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

Changes

I may update this notice from time to time. The date above shows when it last changed.
